How long does shipping take?

For our Seiko Mods, there is up to a maximum of 14 days waiting time. This gives us the time to assemble and prepare the watch before posting it out through a 2-4 day standard delivery. Watches that are in stock can be shipped out the next working day upon purchase through standard delivery - this includes the ATM Legacy.

Are all Seiko Mods hand assembled?

Yes, all Seiko Mods are hand assembled carefully and precisely, ensuring that you receive a watch with a premium feel and look. 

Is my automatic watch broken as it has stopped working?

No, automatic movement watches do not rely on a battery as they are powered by natural wrist movement and simply requires the watch to be winded. If leaving the watch completely still upon your desk for a day has caused it to stop working, then it requires winding.

How do I wind my watch?

Either manually by unscrewing the screw-on crown or puling the crown out and turning it clockwise 20-30 times. Or by wearing the watch and the natural wrist movements will allow the rotor to wind the movement.

How to set the time and date on my Seiko Mod?

Gently unscrew the screw-on crown and pull slightly to hear the first click. Turn the crown anti-clockwise to set the date. Pull once again to hear the second click to adjust the time. Push the crown back in to hear a click as the second hand starts to glide or tick and screw the crown back in.

What do I do if my watch arrives damaged?

Contact us by email attamamwatch@gmail.com and send a description with evidence. We will then ask you to return it, through which we can either refund you or fix and check through the watch and post it back. Postage labels are provided by us. Please also read through our refund policy on more information.

What is the warranty on each watch?

We offer a 2 month warranty on each watch, covering any issues or defects with the watch itself. Replacement and repairs are provided at no cost.

Are there going to be any other new watches releasing?

Yes, by the will of God, our Seiko Mods collection will expand and so will our ATM line of watches with new series to come out.
